How it works
The calculator uses various formulas depending on the input method:
- SSS: Uses the Law of Cosines to find angles
- SAS: Uses the Law of Cosines to find the third side, then Law of Sines for angles
- ASA: Uses the Law of Sines to find remaining sides
- AAS: Uses the Law of Sines to find remaining sides
- SSA: Uses the Law of Sines to find angles (may have two solutions)
