The progesterone to estrogen ratio is a key indicator of hormonal balance in women. This ratio helps assess reproductive health, menstrual regularity, and overall hormonal status.

Normal Ranges by Phase:

• Follicular: 0.1-0.8
• Ovulatory: 0.2-1.2
• Luteal: 1.0-20.0
• Postmenopausal: 0.1-0.8

Ratio Interpretation:

• Optimal: 10:1 to 100:1 (luteal phase)
• Low: < 10:1 (estrogen dominance)
• High: > 100:1 (progesterone dominance)
