The Urea Reduction Ratio (URR) is a measure of dialysis adequacy that quantifies the percentage of urea removed during dialysis.
URR Formula:
URR = [(PreBUN - PostBUN) / PreBUN] × 100
Interpretation:

- 60-64%: Borderline adequate
- <60%: Inadequate dialysis
