About Army Body Fat Calculation
This calculator uses the U.S. Army's body fat calculation method, which is based on height, weight, and body circumference measurements. The formula differs for men and women:
- Men: Uses height, weight, and neck and waist measurements
- Women: Uses height, weight, and neck, waist, and hip measurements
