1. Active Cancer (metastatic and/or local tumor treated within previous 6 months)

2. Previous VTE (history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism)

3. Reduced Mobility (confined to bed or chair for ≥ 3 days)

4. Already Known Thrombophilic Condition (e.g., Factor V Leiden, AT deficiency)

5. Recent Trauma and/or Surgery (within previous 1 month)

6. Age ≥ 70 Years

7. Heart and/or Respiratory Failure
